A moving van was seen in front of Jesse James' Seal Beach, Calif. home on Friday — nearly three weeks after Sandra Bullock is said to have moved out.
X17 reports that an L.A. Delivery Service truck sat outside the house for about an hour early Friday evening. Movers loaded a couch, a love seat and numerous boxes onto the truck. A man and a woman in a separate car also arrived around the same time to pick up additional items. Update: On Saturday, TMZ photographed Jesse James' mother Carol and daughter Sunny carrying boxes out of the house.

Bullock, 45, reportedly remains in hiding at her Hollywood Hills home after briefly emerging on Wednesday. Earlier Friday afternoon, her assistant brought in a bouquet of flowers in a green vase, UsMagazine.com has learned. Around 8pm, another assistant accepted another delivery — dinner, from Joe's Pizza.

The star is said to have left the Seal Beach house around March 15, after she first learned of James' alleged affair with Michelle "Bombshell" McGee. A Bullock pal says in the new issue of Us Weekly that the actress "definitely" plans to file for divorce from James, her husband of nearly five years. "She is over him," the pal says.

James, 40, is seeking treatment at an undisclosed rehab facility following several allegations of his infidelity. His attorney, Joe Yanny, recently told the Associated Press that his client "is in love with Sandra…right now, he's a broken man…The single most important thing to Mr. James and the children is that the marriage somehow survive."
