Nick Lachey‘s favorite club doesn’t have a velvet rope — but you do have to be a card-carrying member to get in. The Big Morning Buzz Live host recently gave Us Weekly a peek inside his wallet, revealing himself to be a bulk-buying, warehouse-loving, flatbed-pushing Costco shopper.
“Oh, here we go: Costco card! Gotta have a Costco card,” the father-of-two, 41, told Us. “I’m a big fan of buying in bulk.”
Among the star’s regular purchases? A “big bin of pretzels” and “like nine cases of water.”
Don’t try to tempt him with free samples, though. The 98 Degrees alum knows exactly what he wants from the big box store, and he doesn’t like to mosey.
“Nobody messes with me in Costco,” he quips. “I get in and out of there so fast. [There are] people with the little samples, [like,] ‘Hey, you want try this?’ I’m like, ‘Nope! Leave me alone. I got business!'”
The former boy bander also carries a New York City Metrocard in his pocket — but he uses it sparingly. “You never know what you’re gonna get when you go down to the subway,” he jokes.
