Never mind! Patrick Dempsey and his wife of 17 years, Jillian, have officially called off their divorce, Us Weekly can confirm.
According to the Los Angeles County Superior Court, Jillian filed to have the couple’s divorce papers dismissed on November 4, and a judge granted the dismissal request on Thursday, November 10.
Jillian originally filed for divorce from the Grey’s Anatomy actor, 50, in January 2015, citing irreconcilable differences. In the documents, she requested spousal support and joint custody of their three children, daughter Tallula, 14, and twin sons Sullivan and Darby, 9. Neither party took steps to further the proceedings, and the pair reconciled later that year.
“You have to work at everything. And you cannot do everything. Something has to be sacrificed,” Patrick told ES magazine in May, after confirming that he and Jillian were back together.
In February, the duo were photographed packing on the PDA while aboard a yacht during a vacation in St. Bart’s. Three months earlier, they were spotted holding hands while out and about in Paris.
“They’ve been going on dates and [are] trying to be a couple again,” a source told Us Weekly in November 2015. “There’s still a lot of love between them.”
The insider added that Patrick “was going through a bit of a midlife crisis, but he’s snapping out of it.”
