Keshia Knight Pulliam is accusing her estranged husband, Ed Hartwell, of plotting to cause her to “miscarry,” new court documents obtained by Us Weekly reveal.

According to the papers, which were filed on Tuesday, August 9, with the Superior Court of Fulton County in Georgia, Pulliam claims that Hartwell “has been plotting to harm and obstruct [her] pregnancy” and that “[Hartwell] has engaged in certain underhanded and unusual conduct that [Pulliam] believes to be designed to cause [Pulliam] to miscarry her unborn child.”

The actress, 37, also claims in the documents that the former NFL linebacker has been “mentally and emotionally abusive,” and that she’s “been receiving threatening text messages” from an unknown phone number from Las Vegas, where her estranged spouse is from.

The Cosby Show alum is also requesting a prenatal paternity test, given that Hartwell has allegedly “deliberately neglected to acknowledge that the parties have an unborn child together.” In a statement to Us Weekly in July, Hartwell insisted that the only thing he wants is “a paternity test for the baby.”

In addition, according to the documents, the actress is seeking a restraining order against the actor, who she claims in the documents is in need of “psychological evaluation” for what she claims are his “violent and erratic behavior and actions.”

Pulliam, who argues that her fear is “reasonably justified,” is also seeking that firearms registered in their name be turned over either to her or a local police department.

As previously reported by Us, Hartwell filed for divorce from Pulliam in July after seven months of marriage, and just one week after the actress announced they were expecting their first child. Since the divorce filing, in which Hartwell cited irreconcilable differences, the former child star alleges that her husband was unfaithful, while the athlete — who was previously married to Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Lisa Wu — told "Page Six" that they “moved too fast” by getting pregnant.

Us Weekly has reached out to Hartwell for comment.
