Princess Charlotte Is ‘Quite the Natural’ at Tennis (Exclusive)

Britain’s tiniest heir is getting into the swing of things. At just 2-years-old, Princess Charlotte is already receiving tennis lessons, a source reveals in the new issue of Us Weekly.

Since the start of the summer, Duchess Kate — who recently showed off her racket skills during an October 31 visit to London’s National Tennis Centre — and Prince William have taken their youngest for sessions at private London spot The Hurlingham Club. Says the source, “Mum or Dad always stays close by to support her, but she’s quite the natural!”

In fact, the toddler has a ball with many sports. The source says Charlotte can swim, is “a whiz” on her tricycle and is quick enough to keep up with big brother Prince George.

When the 4-year-old plays soccer, notes the source, “Charlotte loves to chase him around. They’re both very active children.”

Fearless, too. A source previously told Us that while George is protective of his younger sis, “they still like a bit of a rough and tumble.” Not that a bruise or a scrape would be enough to stop the fun-loving princess. “She’s not afraid of a grazed knee and it’s most certainly not going to stop her from running around the corridors like a girl possessed,” jokes another insider. “Charlotte’s always got her eye on something and she moves at the speed of life!”
