Namaste, y’all. Rob Kardashian took to his Instagram on Friday, April 22, to react to his fiancée, Blac Chyna, and his younger sister Kylie Jenner finally making peace after a nearly two-year feud.
Kardashian, 29, posted a photo of his future wife and sibling taking a selfie together. “So happy my girls finally got to talk and make peace!” the Arthur George sock designer captioned the snap. “#MyFamily #AllLove.”
Their hangout took place on Thursday, April 21, and both Jenner and Chyna documented it on Snapchat. The lip kit queen, 18, joked about their previously contentious relationship, writing: “When we’ve been best friends the whole time.” Chyna added on her account: “Hanging out with my lil sis.”
Their newfound friendship follows a bumpy road. What started off as a cordial relationship turned sour in August 2014, after Chyna split from Tyga. Though the exes — who share a 3-year-old son, King Cairo — tried to keep it amicable, the situation went south a few months later when the “Rack City” rapper was rumored to be dating Jenner.
Then, in February 2015, Chyna’s best friend, Amber Rose, mocked the Puma ambassador in a now-infamous Breakfast Club interview. “She’s a baby, she needs to go to bed at 7 o’clock and relax,” Rose said of Kris Jenner’s youngest daughter. “That’s ridiculous. [Tyga] should be ashamed of himself. For sure. He has a beautiful woman and a baby and left that for a 16-year-old who just turned 17.”
Naturally, Kylie’s family, including Khloé Kardashian and Kanye West, came to her defense. Then, another feud erupted this past January between West and Rose’s now estranged-husband Wiz Khalifa. Thankfully, almost everybody made amends following that brouhaha, including Kim and Rose, who talked out their issues over tea.
Meanwhile, Rob stayed out of the public eye until January, when he started dating Chyna. The two announced their engagement on April 5.
