Robin Wright's new Mr. Right?
On Sunday Dec. 23, the Moneyball actress, 46, went on a pre-Christmas shopping trip at Fred Segal in Santa Monica, Calif. — with rumored boyfriend Ben Foster as her companion.
In one photo, Wright, held on tightly to the Contraband actor, 32, as they shopped. According to an onlooker, the pair were "holding hands" during the excursion and were "very obviously a couple."
It's the first known relationship for Wright since her high-profile divorce from Sean Penn following 14 years of marriage and more than one reconciliation. Although Wright and Penn, 52, share son Hopper, 19, and daughter Dylan 21, the Oscar-winning actor didn't pull any punches speaking to Esquire recently about their long-term union — characterizing the marriage as a "fraud."
"There is no shame in saying that we all want to be loved by someone. As I look back over my life in romance, I don't feel I've ever had that," the Gangster Squad star, whose first wife was Madonna, told the magazine. "I have been the only one that was unaware of the fraud in a few of these circumstances blindly."
"When you get divorced, all the truths come out, you sit there and go, 'What the f— was I doing? What was I doing believing that this person was invested in this way?'" he added.
