In the throwback pics, the Suits star, now 35, dons her school uniform and shows off her natural beauty with minimal makeup.
The UN Women advocate attended the all-girl Immaculate Heart High School in Los Angeles before continuing her studies at Northwestern University, in Evanston, Illinois, where she double-majored in drama and international relations.
Markle was thrust into the spotlight this week for her blossoming relationship with the 32-year-old British royal. “It’s very serious,” a source says of their romance in the new issue of Us Weekly.
The couple met at a charity event in June through a mutual friend while Harry was visiting Canada, where Markle lives and films her USA Network legal drama. They have made their long-distance romance work by planning frequent trips across the pond.
As revealed exclusively in the new issue of Us Weekly, the royal recently arranged a low-key visit with the actress at her Toronto home. “He was buzzing with excitement when he arrived,” an insider told Us.
The pair spent four days together, including Halloween, hanging out at Markle’s home, cooking and playing with her two dogs. They skipped out on any Halloween parties to keep their relationship private.
While they haven’t been photographed together in public yet, insiders say she has already been introduced to some of Harry’s nearest and dearest. “She’s met his closest circle of friends and they all love her,” another source told Us.
Before meeting his new ladylove, Harry dated Chelsy Davy on and off for seven years until they called it quits for good in 2010. He went on to date model Cressida Bonas from 2012 to 2014.
Markle was previously married to film producer Trevor Engelson, but they split in 2013 after two years of marriage. She was recently linked to Canadian chef Cory Vitiello.
