Taking the next step! Sofia Vergara is engaged to her boyfriend of six months, Joe Manganiello, a source confirms to Us Weekly. According to the insider, the Magic Mike star popped the question on Christmas. “He wanted to do it in front of her family,” the source tells Us.
The Modern Family star, 42, showed off her massive new engagement ring while celebrating the holiday and Manganiello’s 38th birthday in Hawaii on Monday, Dec. 29.
Us Weekly exclusively confirmed the Colombian beauty was dating the True Blood hunk this past July. The news came just two months after Vergara called off her engagement to Nick Loeb, whom she had dated on and off since 2010.
"Sofia is Joe's dream girl!" an insider told Us at the time. "He's been smitten with her for years."
The feeling has clearly become mutual. Ever since they stepped out together over the summer in New Orleans, the couple have been inseparable, even spending Thanksgiving with Vergara’s family.
