Tamar is talkin' back! The Real co-host Tamar Braxton took to Instagram late Monday, Nov. 3, to respond to Chris Brown's spiteful remarks regarding her physical appearance and Adrienne Bailon's history with the Kardashians.
On Monday's episode of The Real, Braxton suggested that the co-hosts "pull an inter-friend-tion" with Brown's off-and-on girlfriend Karrueche Tran, 26, while Bailon speculated whether Tran's friends were truly looking out for her best interest.
"You are asked to talk about certain things," Braxton, 37, wrote on Instagram of hosting a show, citing examples like "A. relationships B. family C. fashion D. Things that has to do with HER in life!"
Her comments were a direct response to Brown's expletive-filled rant on Instagram about her and Bailon. The "X" singer first targeted Bailon an "ole trout mouth ass bitch," while rehashing her relationship with Rob Kardashian and recent feud with his family members. He also lashed out against Braxton, saying "U take the role of the ugly sister." Brown added to Toni Braxton's younger sibling that her plastic surgery "f—ed yo face up," while calling her a "Muppet face ass!"
Braxton said that was a low blow. "You are only a few years older than my son and I will not tolerate your disrespect when no one was coming for you!!!" she wrote. "So this RICH/BLESSED muppet who WAS always VERY nice to you and your girl will continue to work my ass of and make amazing records and positive television while YOU…In this very queenish mood you are experiencing… should have and could have picked up the phone!! …or watched the show for yourself!!! At least that's what REAL men do."
Braxton also added in her Instagram post: "No one came at either of you but was simply using your relationship as an example of things us ladies go through in a relationship!!" she noted. "I do not know nor do I give a hot damn about your relationship personally…. honestly and respectfully I'm VERY sorry if you BOTH were offended about our girl chat…. however you WILL NOT think its ok to come at GROWN women and talk to either myself or @adrienne_bailon as if u have EVER has us each in your bed at ANY point in our lives! (Maybe your mind is clouded)."
Bailon still has not addressed the incident and had no comment when Us Weekly reached out to her late Monday evening.
