Best boss ever? Taylor Swift revealed on Wednesday, Dec. 2, that she treated her entire 1989 tour crew to some downtime while in Australia, to thank them for all of their hard work.
"So stoked to be able to take my band and crew on a vacation at the end of a long and wonderful tour. For all their hard work this year, they really deserve it," Swift, 25, captioned an Instagram photo of her team.
She added: "Thank you to Hamilton Island for taking such great care of 125 of the people who work tirelessly to make sure the 1989 World Tour stage gets built, the lights are on, the costumes are made, the guitars are tuned, and the show goes on."
In a second photo, Swift posed next to a parrot. "Making friends on Hamilton Island," she wrote.
The "Wildest Dreams" singer and her crew have been on the road since May, and signed on for 85 performances in four continents. Despite some time off, they will continue to work while Down Under. Swift will next take the stage at Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane on Saturday, Dec. 5. The final concert is scheduled for Melbourne at the AAMI Park on Dec. 12.
"Aussie press, I love your enthusiasm but my birthday isn't for 2 weeks and it'll be a quiet one this year," Swift teased on Tuesday. "Let's take it down a notch."
