Taylor Swift’s Bestie Karlie Kloss Still Thinks Kim Kardashian Is a ‘Lovely Person’

No bad blood here! Taylor Swift’s best friend Karlie Kloss revealed in a new interview that she thinks the singer’s nemesis Kim Kardashian isn’t so bad after all.

Following Swift and Kardashian’s recent feud over Kanye West’s song “Famous,” the 24-year-old model gave her take on the drama after being caught off guard by the topic during a recent interview with The Sunday Times.

“Ha … you know … I honestly … I … I … I think she’s been a lovely person to me in the past,” Kloss, who is a loyal member of Swift’s girl squad, told the U.K. news outlet regarding the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star on Sunday, August 14. “Look, I really don’t know her that well. My closest friends, really, are my sisters and my mum.”

The former Victoria’s Secret Angel did, however, have some thoughts on online bullying.

“In this day and age, it’s really easy for people to be bullies from a distance, whether you’re in a small town, with girls in high school who write something mean or malicious on a Facebook wall or an Instagram post,” Kloss told The Sunday Times.

Swift, 26, has been relatively silent on social media following her July 18 feud with Kardashian, 35, and West, 39. The latest spat started when the reality star posted on Snapchat the phone conversation between her husband and the “Bad Blood” singer about his controversial single, in which Swift seemingly approved West’s lyric “I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex.”

Shortly after, Swift, who is currently dating Tom Hiddleston, slammed the couple for “character assassination” in a lengthy Instagram note.

While Kloss tried to stay neutral, fellow squad member Selena Gomez came rushing to the “Shake It Off” singer’s defense at the time, tweeting, “Why can’t people use their voice for something that f–king matters?”
