She’s in good spirits! Catelynn Lowell gave an update on her health via Twitter on Tuesday, April 5.
“Just wanted to know I’m doing great! Best decision I have ever made for myself,” Lowell, 24, tweeted to her more than 1 million fans. “I’ll b home soon #thankyouforyoursupport.”
Us Weekly confirmed last month that the Teen Mom OG star entered an Arizona treatment facility for mental health issues. “I’m seeking help for myself and my family,” Lowell told MTV News in a statement. “Thank you to all of my supporters. My family and I would appreciate some privacy at this time.”

Lowell also denied rumors that she was in rehab and tweeted about getting help. “For everyone that thinks I’m so ‘strong’ I’m really not… one day you will know why. I also can be very weak..” she tweeted on March 15. “You guys have NO CLUE on how much you lift me up sometimes…”
Lowell, who’s mom to 15-month-old daughter Novalee with husband Tyler Baltierra, has previously been vocal about battling postpartum depression on the reality series. She and Baltierra, 24, also placed their first child, Carly, for adoption six years ago.
“Arizona here I come… I can’t wait to be back to my normal self… this is for me and my family,” Lowell added last month. “Novalee and Tyler I love you both very much!!!”
