Teen Mom’s Farrah Abraham Curbs Her Mom’s Visits With Baby Sophia

Make up your mind already!

Sure, Teen Mom's Farrah Abraham may have cried for a break from her 2-year-old daughter Sophia, but now the 20-year-old reality star mom is having second thoughts about moving from Iowa to Florida to attend school without her little one.

As part of Tuesday's finale reunion special, Teen Mom's Abraham confides to Dr. Drew Pinsky that she doesn't want to leave her daughter to move — but doesn't necessarily want her under her mother Debra Danielson's care, either.

"Sophia won't be staying with you entirely," Abraham tells Danielson, in what the young mom describes as a spur of the moment decision. "That means she'll probably only stay with you when I move and only visit when I need to focus on school — probably not as much as you'd planned."

Stunned, Danielson tries to impress upon her daughter the benefits of leaving her granddaughter in caring, capable hands.

"Farrah needs to take Sophia down there and experience this, and maybe she'll understand why I'm offering this help to her," Danielson tells Pinsky of her daughter. "Do you know how expensive it is for full-time childcare when you're trying to go to school? She's moving to an area where the cost of living is much higher than where we live."

But Abraham is undeterred, and vows to keep considering her options "until I move."

In the months since the finale special was taped, Abraham has indeed kept her daughter top of mind.

"Having Sophia is momentum for me," Abraham — who hopes to publish a cookbook and open a restaurant — tells Us Weekly. "I am paying for college, but I'm also saving for her college!"

The Teen Mom reunion special airs Tuesday at 10 p.m. (EST) on MTV.
