Tom Arnold gushed that Malin Akerman is an "inspiration," and shamed her ex-husband Roberto Zincone during an interview with Howard Stern

Tom Arnold does not have a very high opinion of Malin Akerman's ex-husband. During a chat with Howard Stern on the shock jock's SiriusXM radio show on Tuesday, Jan. 13, the Roseanne comedian publicly shamed Akerman's ex Roberto Zincone for divorcing the actress, with whom he stars in Yahoo's new series Sin City Saints.

"She's a single mom. Her deal — and I probably shouldn't talk about her — but…I have so much respect for her. She is such an amazing woman," he told Stern of the Trophy Wife alum, 36, who split from her rocker hubby in November 2013, less than a year after welcoming son Sebastian.

"You know, her husband, they're together 10 years, they have a baby, [and] four months in, he's like, 'I'm done,'" Arnold, 55, continued. "So she not only pays him alimony to take care of this guy, but I watched her as a mother, and I was like, 'This is the most inspiring woman. I'm not gonna complain about anything in my life.' Because she is incredible. She is an inspiration."

Stern, 61, quipped that Arnold would probably ask out the stunning Comeback star if he were single — he's been married to Ashley Groussman since 2009 — to which the True Lies actor replied, "Yeah, she'd never go out with me."

He did think he had a shot with another gorgeous star, however — back in the day, at least.

"I mentioned Julianne Moore earlier. When we were filming Nine Months, she did like me more than she liked Hugh Grant," he bragged to Stern of his costar from 1995. "I think she probably would have went on a date with me…She's an outstanding woman. And she's had a great life. She's amazing."
