Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott are still going strong, despite their roller coaster of a relationship following McDermott’s 2013 affair. On Thursday, May 7, Spelling posted a sentimental Instagram in honor of their ninth wedding anniversary, professing her love for McDermott and for “forgiveness.”

Just last year, the couple, who underwent intense therapy documented on their Lifetime reality series True Tori, looked solemn while celebrating their eighth wedding anniversary with a quiet dinner in L.A.’s Encino neighborhood.
“He was my soul mate, but he completely broke my heart,” Spelling, 41, told Us Weekly in an exclusive interview in April 2014. “It makes you not trust anything that’s happened in your relationship.”
Fast-forward to May 2015 and Aaron Spelling’s daughter is in a much better place with her marriage. During an appearance on the Today show last month, McDermott, 48, said “everything is great with mama” and that they’re doing “amazing.”
The parents to Liam, Stella, Hattie, and Finn, tied the knot in a secret ceremony in 2006 in Wakaya, Fiji.
