With their fourth child on the way, Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott need a new place to call home!
The Beverly Hills, 90210 actress, 38, and her husband, 45, have listed their Malibu home for $2.65 million. The couple — parents to Liam, 5, Stella, 3, and Hattie, 6 months — moved into the 2,300-square-foot house just five months ago fate paying $2.4 million.
“They moved in with every intention of staying,” listing agent and Million Dollar Listing star Madison Hildebrand told the Wall Street Journal.
Built in 1965, unit features three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, and has oak floors and sliding glass doors throughout the house.
Spelling and McDermott have made more than $100,000 in updates to the 1.73-acre property, which also features an organic garden, children’s play area, and small horse corral and chicken coop.
According to Zillow, a monthly mortgage would cost $9,930 per month, assuming a 20 percent down payment on a 30-year mortgage.
