Life's not bad for Vincent Kartheiser. In fact, it's pretty great. Besides starring on one of the top dramas on television, AMC's Mad Men, he's getting ready to walk down the aisle with fiancee Alexis Bledel.
Asked about their recent engagement at the March 20 Mad Men season six premiere screening in Hollywood, Kartheiser played coy on the details of his proposal. But he did say a few words about his beautiful bride-to-be. "I'm a very lucky man," the 33-year-old actor gushed of his relationship with the Gilmore Girls alum, 31.
Having popped the question just a few weeks ago, the Mad Men star is still getting used to Bledel's new title. "I keep saying girlfriend," he explained. "And then I'm like, 'I mean, my fiancee!'"
Us Weekly broke the news of the couple's engagement earlier this week. "They are so cute together," a source said of the spouses-to-be.
Kartheiser's former Mad Men love interest Elisabeth Moss couldn't agree more. "I've never seen Vincent like this," she told Us of her longtime pal, adding that she's "obsessed" with Bledel. "They are so happy. It's really cool."
