One month after announcing her engagement to Bachelor Chris Soules, Whitney Bischoff is already thinking long-term. In fact, the fertility nurse, who froze her eggs at age 27, is itching to walk down the aisle and start their family.
Speaking to Us Weekly at the Thursday, April 16 Hollywood premiere of Winning, the 29-year-old reality TV alum is anxious for her fiance to finish his stint on Dancing With the Stars so they can relocate from Los Angeles to his native Iowa to settle down. "I'm working remotely right now, so it will be nice once we get back to the normal scene and all of that," Bischoff, formerly of Chicago, said. "Getting back to Iowa will make that commute a little bit better."
Once Bischoff and Soules, 33, leave L.A., the real fun begins, says the bride-to-be. "[We] definitely [want kids], so one step at a time: Dancing, the move to Iowa, the wedding, and eventually a family," she told Us.
In the meantime, Bischoff has babies on the brain, and is thrilled to be able to share her views on egg freezing and fertility. The newly minted reality star has been open about her own decision to freeze her eggs two years ago. "I'm using this once in a lifetime opportunity as a stance on female empowerment to educate women about fertility. It's something I'm really passionate about."
Farmer Soules is also excited for the couple's schedule to become less hectic. "We're just being happy — this isn't real life yet," said the former Bachelor. "The Bachelor, for us, wasn't real, really. It was a crazy vacuum situation. We're just looking forward to getting into our normal lives. Then we can talk about wedding planning!"
