‘90 Day Fiance’ Stars Who Have Spoken Out About Getting Plastic Surgery: Larissa, Fernanda, More

Not hiding anything! Larissa Dos Santos Lima, Paola Mayfield and more 90 Day Fiancé stars have been real with fans about getting plastic surgery. Dos Santos Lima confirmed in September 2020 that she went under the knife after TMZ reported she had multiple surgeries, including a breast augmentation — from a 34A to a 34DD — and rhinoplasty. She also had liposuction on her abs and waist with a fat transfer to her butt. The operations, which initially occurred in February 2020 before a return visit in August of that year, reportedly cost a total of $72,000. She said her look was inspired by Kylie Jenner. Dos Santos Lima opened up about her desire to have plastic surgery in August 2019. “I admit it — I am addicted to cosmetic procedures,” she exclusively told Us Weekly. “My dream is to have big breast implants, which would be my first actual cosmetic surgery.” Her ex-husband, Colt Johnson, reacted to her changed appearance in July 2020. “I don’t recognize her,” he exclusively revealed to Us. “I mean, I looked at the wedding photos I have of her and was like, ‘This is not the same person.’” [jwplayer 9uWQwJ5r-l3ahXupL] Johnson noted that he did not see Dos Santos Lima’s transformation coming. “When I was married to her, she maybe augmented her breasts or [got] fillers, but I never knew the extent that she would do it. However, he filed for divorce in January 2019 and they finalized the proceedings the following April. Dos Santos Lima showed off her new look in an adult lingerie webcam show for CamSoda in September 2020. She confirmed later that month that she had been fired by TLC. “I’m no longer a cast member of the show ‘90 Day Fiancé,’” she announced via Instagram at the time. “Because of my show with CamSoda, I was released from my contract with TLC by phone the day before ICE arrested me. I will continue producing content for my official channels on Instagram, OnlyFans and Youtube. The TLC star told Us exclusively that she went through a major transformation "not only physically, but emotionally," after undergoing multiple surgeries that resulted in a 90-pound weight loss. "There's benefits behind doing it for myself because it also benefits the grandkids being around me longer and [Michael] and I being together longer," she explained in March 2021. "I did it for myself to stay alive ... and [to] benefit the ones I love."

"I'm known as the filter queen. So recently I actually got Dysport, which is the same as Botox, and lip injections. It was a 50th birthday gift to myself," the Georgia native revealed during the season 8 tell-all episode in April 2021. "I used to have the really strong lines right here [in between my eyes] and the forehead lines and they are almost completely gone, so I'm gonna keep doing that. ... I got a mini tummy tuck. I had all of that extra skin from where I'd lost weight removed, and then I had the micro-laser liposuction. It's a lot less invasive than regular liposuction. It was amazing. I'm down two pant sizes, but once it’s all done with, it'll be a lot more."

The reality personality admitted to having a nose job — and didn't want to hear any criticism for it. "I don’t see nothing wrong with that. If somebody [doesn't] like something on themselves, change it. Yes, you need to love yourself the way you are. But if you can’t accept something, it’s OK to change it. We are living in 2021, and if you wanna do something, do it. And I had an issue, like, my nose is [a] potato. So let me do something to that," she said during the April 2021 season 8 tell-all. "Four years ago, I was doing my lips too. And again, how I say, there is nothing wrong to do with surgery if you don’t like something and accept it on yourself. I was not accepting myself when I looked in the mirror, and I had to fix the situation."

The Brazil native underwent multiple procedures, including a nose job, liposuction and breast and butt augmentations. “I lose weight. I did butt to make it bigger. I did Botox. I did my nose. I did my lips. I did my cheekbones. I did my chin,” she admitted during a June 2020 episode of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? “I am a new woman and I feel very happy.”

The TLC personality opened up abouthaving a “botched” tummy tuck in a candid July 2022 Instagram post.

“When I got abdominoplasty, My belly button was removed and disposed without my consent,” she alleged in a social media upload at the time, sharing photos of her scars. “I did 3 very painful revisions to create a belly button. Unfortunately, it was never fixed.

Though she attempted fibroblast treatments and other remedies, Larissa said it “isn’t possible” to rebuild her navel.

Flores’ ex-husband, Jonathan Rivera, paid for her breast augmentation, which she underwent in her native Mexico. He fired back at her in February 2019 after she had nonsurgical rhinoplasty. “I don’t know how she’s paying for it, but it’s damn sure not my money,” he wrote via Instagram.

Mayfield revealed in August 2018 that she had a breast augmentation and surgery on her lip. “I did my boobs way before I came to the USA, and I regret it as I have big boobs before and now that I’m pregnant my genetics are popping out more,” she wrote via Instagram, adding that she “fixed only one side of my upper lip that was uneven.”  

The reality star married Russ Mayfield in October 2013. The couple welcomed son Axel in January 2019.
