The Difference Between Her Two Lines

"Luv Aj is a costume jewelry line and it's filled with fun, edgy, on-trend pieces that you wear for a few seasons and switch out depending on your mood," she says. "We're known for our statement earrings, mis-matched earring sets and layered chain necklaces." As for Après Jewelry, Thomas dishes, "It's our fine jewelry sister brand that specializes in alternative bridal jewelry. We wanted to create chic and unique jewelry for brides to be and everyday jewelry that you never take off."

"Keeping our jewelry affordable is super important to me," Thomas tells Stylish. "Aside from the quality, both of our lines give girls amazing accessories that won't break the bank," she says. "Après Jewelry engagement rings and wedding bands are almost wholesale pricing, which is a really important selling point to me with developing the brand," Thomas explains. "With Luv Aj, our costume jewelry is truly seasonal, so I always want to make sure people feel like they're getting a quality piece of jewelry that's not too pricey, so you don't feel guilty if you stop wearing it after a few months," she reveals.

"I feel like the Luv Aj girl is Bella Hadid in a nutshell," she explains. "She's fearless with her personal style and not afraid to be a bit of a tomboy, which I think is really sexy," Thomas reveals. "I would love to see Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, Zoe Kravitz and Emily Ratajkowski rock our fine jewelry. The Après Jewelry girl is someone who takes her accessories seriously," she adds. "She has an eye for fashion and doesn't want the kind of diamonds that her mother has, she is after something new and modern."

"The perfect piece of jewelry is something you put on and keep on forever," Thomas reveals. "Whether it’s a layered chain necklace or an amazing pair of statement earrings, jewelry that elevates your look and makes you feel more confident is what I consider perfect," she says. "It makes getting dressed easier if you have an amazing pair to complete your look and frame your face." An added plus? "It's also the first thing people will compliment you on, guaranteed!"
