Winning her first Best Actress trophy for Funny Girl, the star revealed all in a sheer, sequined Scaasi evening suit.  "I didn't realize the outfit was so see-through," Streisand later said.

J.Law takes a tumble again! The Silver Linings Playbook star stumbled on her Dior Haute Couture gown while accepting her Best Actress Academy Award. “You guys are just standing up because you feel bad that I fell,” she said in her speech as the crowd gave her a standing ovation. “That’s really embarrassing.”

John Travolta Flubs Idina Menzel’s Name, 2014

What did he just say? The Pulp Fiction actor had a hard time reading Menzel’s name while introducing the Tony-winning singer’s live performance of the nominated original song “Let It Go” from Frozen. “Please welcome the wickedly talented, one and only Adele Dazeem,” he said as jaws dropped everywhere.

Dakota Johnson Snaps at Mom Melanie Griffith, 2015

The mother-daughter duo got into a little tiff on the red carpet — and it was all over Fifty Shades of Grey. Griffith admitted that she hadn’t watched Johnson’s performance in the raunchy blockbuster, despite her daughter granting permission. “I don’t need to see it to know how good she is,” Griffith said. Johnson snapped back, “All right! You don’t have to see it. Jesus Christ.”

Host Chris Rock brought out the controversial political commentator to wish everyone a “Happy Black History Month!” amid the #OscarsSoWhite backlash. However, the joke missed the mark and left viewers cringing . A source inside the Dolby Theatre told Us that “no one laughed or applauded when she came out and people around me in the audience were saying, ‘Huh?’”

Brutal Best Picture Mix-Up, 2017

Cringing! Warren Beatty and Faye Dunaway accidentally announced La La Land as the winner, when Moonlight really won the top honor. The former Bonnie and Clyde costars were given the wrong envelope before they took the stage. "This is not a joke," La La Land producer Jordan Horowitz said as he cut off his own acceptance speech. "I'm gonna be really proud to hand this to my friends from Moonlight."
