The Vampire Diaries alum told E! News in 2013 that she and the former Dancing With the Stars pro have been “connected at the hip” since their hairstylist, Riawna Capri, introduced them. Dobrev was later a bridesmaid for Hough at her July 2017 wedding to Brooks Laich.
