A source told Us that the reality star and Drake “took a romantic turn” around Halloween, when the two were seen getting cozy at the “God’s Plan” rapper’s party. “They were affectionate and clearly there together,” the insider added. Despite rumors that his ex had moved on, another source explained to Us that Scott has “no ill will to any of Kylie’s friends.”
