Gaga and Carino appeared to be in good spirits as they drank coffee near the ocean. The “Poker Face” singer, who suffers from fibromyalgia, kept it casual in an Iron Maiden tank top, black leggings, a wide-brimmed hat and reflective sunglasses. Meanwhile, Carino wore a blue shirt and black athletic pants.

“Gaga and Christian are very much still in love and on track with their engagement,” a source tells Us Weekly exclusively. “They are truly enjoying each other's company. Christian has been amazingly supportive of her and her health issue. They are spending a lot of time together. She is still in pain and having to cancel more events, but he has been nothing but supportive.”

Later on Sunday, the spouses-to-be headed to an organic food market. He pushed the shopping cart, which was filled with brown paper bags and bottled water, before placing the items in her classic car.

Us exclusively revealed in November that Gaga and Carino secretly became engaged over the summer. A source told Us that Carino asked his bride-to-be’s father, Joe Germanotta, for permission before proposing.

The “Million Reasons” singer and her fiancé were first linked in February 2017 after they were spotted kissing ahead of her Super Bowl LI halftime show. Though they have not yet publicly confirmed their engagement, she has been spotted wearing a pink diamond ring on her left hand since the summer.

Since canceling the last 10 European dates of her tour in February, Gaga has been seeing Eastern healers and trying acupuncture and reiki healing. “She’s been trying everything to rid herself of pain,” a source recently told Us exclusively. “It’s a very slow road to her getting better.”

But later this year, the entertainer will return to the stage for a residency at the MGM Park Theater in Las Vegas. “It’s been my lifelong dream to be a Las Vegas girl, I’m so overjoyed!” she tweeted in December. “Love you little monsters we did it, meet me in Las Vegas!!”
