The ‘RHOBH’ Footage
Lawyer Jay Edelson claimed in October 2021 that season 11 provided “a lot of evidence” for the case against Erika and Tom. Richards said in a statement to Us at the time: “All public statements Erika makes are admissible in court. Some will hold weight if she tries to change them later or does something different than what she answers [at the RHOBH reunion].”
Bravo has also been subpoenaed to hand over unaired footage of Erika.
