The Wish I Was Here star made a rare statement about his relationship, commenting on the Brit’s prior defense of him. “She literally sat down, hit record on her phone and said that,” he recalled to MR PORTER of her April 2020 Instagram video. “I thought: how could I possibly follow anything as intelligent and articulate as that? So, I chose not to.”
