Repli-Kate-ing herself! Kate Middleton attended the Place2Be Headteacher Conference in central London on Wednesday, Nov. 18, pulling an embellished Matthew Williamson peplum dress from her closet for a rare public speech on the importance of children’s mental health.

The Duchess of Cambridge, 33, first wore the body-conscious design, which features turquoise and gold beading at the collar and the cuffs, to the London premiere of African Cats in 2012. But she brought it out again for the latest appearance, even finishing it with the same suede pumps.

During her speech on Wednesday, Middleton spoke about her own upbringing, and how it affects her today. “I often get asked why I decided to spend time highlighting the mental health of children,” she said to the assembled principals, headmasters, and headmistresses (as reported by the Daily Mail). “I imagine my answer might be similar to many of yours. I know that I was lucky. My parents and teachers provided me with a wonderful and secure childhood where I always knew I was loved, valued, and listened to. But of course many children are not so lucky.”

The mom of two — to Prince George, 2, and Princess Charlotte, 6 months — added, “I am sure you will agree that all children deserve time, attention, and love from the adults in their lives… Many children — even those from stable, happy homes — are finding that their heads are just too full. It is our duty, as parents and as teachers, to give all children the space to build their emotional strength and provide a strong foundation for their future.”
