(An onlooker noted to Us Weekly that Middleton must have had the coat tailored since her trip to the States, as the non-maternity piece hugged her bump without creating a single crease.)

Despite her blossomed bump, Middleton bravely accessorized her ensemble with high heels. She also added a simple black clutch. And, of course, the royal had her hair blown-out into her signature, bouncy style.

Nearby, Prince William looked like Prince Charming in his navy, single-breasted suit, which he teamed with a purple tie.

At the first of their three engagements, the royal couple visited the Stephen Lawrence Centre in Deptford. The community center was named after Lawrence, an architect who was killed in a racially motivated attack while waiting for a bus in London in April 1993.

Upon their arrival, the Duke, 32, and Duchess not only toured the building, but met with SLIK (Stephen Lawrence Instills Knowledge) Magazine editors, who produce a digital mag with 16 to 26 year olds in the area who are eager to create and design. Middleton also snagged a seat in a children’s classroom, where the youngsters were learning about the British court system.

Outside the center, one member of the public was overheard wishing Prince William good luck with the baby. The Duke of Cambridge replied, “Thank you! Not long now,” and also described the arrival of his second child as a family “game changer.”

After that, the royal couple were expected to visit XLP in Gipsy Hill, London, where young performers in the organization’s arts program would put on a presentation for the Cambridges. The pair will also visit the XLP community bus and recording center, located on the Hazel Grove Estate in Sydenham.
