Running Reese! Reese Witherspoon showcased her toned figure in skintight workout attire while jogging with a friend on Thursday, Sept. 17.
The Wild actress, 39, chose an all-black ensemble for the occasion, pairing a water-wicking tank with a matching sports bra and running leggings, and protecting her eyes from the sun in a pair of aviators.
The mom of three swept her hair up in a practical ponytail for the run, and kept pace with a female friend on the sunny day. "There’s a group of us [into fitness], and I'm like, 'Okay, girls! What are we doing today?'" she told Women's Health of her fitness routine for the September issue.
The exercise gear is a different look for Witherspoon, who sports her own polished and sophisticated line, Draper James, on a regular basis. The Draper James collection is all about blazers, A-line sundresses, totes, and cute home items (all with a southern flair, of course), and the Legally Blonde star has been spotted all throughout L.A. looking fabulous while wearing her favorite pieces.
But for Witherspoon, the collection isn't only about having the perfect outfit at her fingertips at all times. "When I started Draper James, it was important for me to give back to women who are entrepreneurial," Witherspoon said of giving a portion of Draper James proceeds to Girls, Inc., a nonprofit devoted to empowering young girls. "Girls Inc. has created incredible programs all over the US that empower women economically."
