Prince George isn’t the only toddler who can strike a pose!
Sienna Miller graces the cover of the January 2015 issue of Vogue, looking gorgeous thanks to a naturally made-up face and glam clothes—and one very special assist: Her daughter, 2-year-old Marlowe, joined her mommy at the shoot, and makes her modeling debut inside the fashion bible.
In the story’s fashion spread, Miller, 32, smiles while working her signature boho-chic style in clothes by Burberry, Rag & Bone, Celine, and Prada. But in one very intimate snap, the American Sniper actress is seen holding onto a horse while little Marlowe, clad in a tutu and Wellies, adorably tries to help her mom.
Inside, Miller opens up to Vogue about becoming a mom. “I was overwhelmed by how normal [motherhood] felt,” says the actress. “It was like, ‘There you are—that’s what I have been missing.’ Like we’re both in on something only we know. An amazing sense of being complicit with a little being.”
That content feeling, she says, must in part be credited to the life she’s created with her fiancé, Marlowe’s dad Tom Sturridge. “We go to the country. I like to cook and go to Whole Foods. I have a dog—not a dog but a bear, who when I walk pulls me over flat on my face into the mud,” she says. “My baby pukes on me. It’s life. It’s very much a normal life.”
Normal, but not without excitement! After years under the radar, Miller is experiencing a career renaissance, complete with six upcoming films in the can—two of which, Foxcatcher and American Sniper, are Oscar-buzzed. “Dude,” Miller begins. “I’m trying to be cool about it. But secretly inside, I’m dancing.”
