“Even these Angels need passports to fly!”
That’s what Karlie Kloss said (via Instgagram) before she boarded Victoria’s Secret’s private jet from the Big Apple to London. That’s right: The Victoria’s Secret Angels—and performer Taylor Swift—have already jumped the pond for the lingerie house’s highly anticipated fashion show on Tuesday, Dec. 2—and they look like they’re having the time of their lives!
On Sunday, Nov. 30, Kloss, 22, Alessandra Ambrosio, Adriana Lima, and all of the Angels met at JFK International Airport in NYC to climb a pink staircase up to the plane, ready to take them to London. Ambrosio and Lima, both 33, who will be hanging up their wings this year, snapped pre-flight selfies to commemorate the occasion.
The next day, the models got off to an early start in the English capital, visiting the city’s Bond Street store location so that they could flaunt their VS swag—including matching embellished leather jackets—in group photos.
With only one day left until showtime, more recently inducted Angels Kloss, Behati Prinsloo, and Lily Aldridge landed at the London Edition, where they struck some funny poses in front of the hotel’s classic facade.
Of course, for those of you wondering what Kloss’s bestie and second-time Fashion Show performer Swift, 24, was up to, look no further than Instagram. While the pop sensation didn’t attend any shoots with the ladies, she did meet up with Aldridge, 29, and the Angels at some point to “casually [give] Lily’s rock-hard abs a hug.”
Always a spectacle, the Fashion Show will not only feature a performance from Swift, but also sets from Ariana Grande, Ed Sheeran, and Hozier. Though the event will be filmed on Dec. 2, it won’t air until one week later, on Tuesday, Dec. 9, at 10 p.m. EST on CBS.
