Down with a bang! Ariana Grande lost her footing during the latest stop on her Honeymoon Tour, falling down in the middle of a show.
The "Love Me Harder" singer, 21, was playing to a packed crowd at Toronto's Air Canada Centre on Sunday, March 8, when her onstage blunder took place.
Showing off her impressive pipes, Grande was belting the lyrics to "Bang Bang," her collaboration with the absent Jessie J and Nicki Minaj, when the footwork got a little too complicated. After working it on the front of the stage, the former Nickelodeon star was climbing a set of stairs back to the main platform when she tripped and fell.
Standing at just 5 feet tall, Grande was performing in towering heeled boots at the time. "Nothing burns more calories than dancing in 5-inch heels," she told Shape in 2012. "Try it!"
Ever the professional, Grande got herself back up and continued to sing, rejoining the dance routine and belting her part of the trio's chorus. She completed the show, running through hits from her debut studio album, 2013's Yours Truly, and offerings from the 2014 record My Everything.
Big Sean's girlfriend acknowledged the show and its supportive fans on Twitter on Sunday evening, writing, "thank u toronto!!!! tonight was such a fun show lol. y'all made me feel so much better! i love you & thank you so much."
