She’ll find love again! After getting her heart broken by Bachelor Ben Higgins, season 12 Bachelorette JoJo Fletcher is determined to find love again — and it’s likely that she has a shot with her many suitors, she told Good Morning America in a new interview that aired Friday, March 25.
Fletcher, 25, recalled the devastating moment when Higgins chose Lauren Bushnell over her in Jamaica. “I went into that morning feeling like I was going to get engaged. I had mentally prepared myself for that, but you know it didn’t work out,” Fletcher recalled. The Texas native said that she and Higgins’ fiancée Bushnell, however, remain on great terms.
“Ben and I don’t communicate,” she shared. “My relationship with Lauren … is my first priority.”
And the Bachelorette’s other priority is finding her future husband. “I want to be engaged,” she told GMA. “I want marriage. I want a family, so I feel like this could happen right now.”
Bachelor creator Mike Fleiss teased this past Monday, March 21, that Fletcher has a solid, swoon-worthy group of suitors. “According to our female crew members, this is one of the hottest casts we’ve ever had. #makeamericahotagain,” the executive producer tweeted, along with other behind-the-scenes snaps of Fletcher in action.
“I am connecting with these guys,” Fletcher told GMA on Friday. “I’m having fun with them. I’m actually feeling feelings, which I didn’t expect so early on.” She has an idea in mind of who the ideal guy would be, and he’s someone who will “make me feel safe and protected and somebody that I can trust.”
As exclusively revealed by Us Weekly this week, one of Fletcher’s front-runners is none other than Jordan Rodgers, the younger brother of NFL hunk Aaron Rodgers.
“He and JoJo are really hitting it off,” a show source told Us. However, Rodgers doesn’t definitively get the final rose. An observer told Us that Fletcher really enjoyed her recent one-on-one date with another handsome tall brunette suitor.
