‘The Bachelorette’ Star Jordan Rodgers’ Brother Luke Appears to Reveal JoJo Fletcher’s Last Man Standing

A little too much information? The Bachelorette standout Jordan Rodgers‘ oldest brother, Luke, gave a Facebook Live interview with Womanista on Tuesday, July 19, in which he appeared to accidentally suggest that his sibling is JoJo Fletcher‘s last man standing. In the interview, Luke was asked whether Fletcher, 25, is at all similar to other people who Jordan, 27, has dated in the past. Luke says that “everyone is different” before pointing out that the real estate developer was quick to gel with the Rodgers kin.

“[JoJo was different in how] she was able to just so easily come lockstep with our family and conversations and stuff, except for the fact that she is missing some crucial movies that we quote a lot, but we’re going to catch her up,” he said.

Wait — what was that last part? Jordan’s family is going to catch Fletcher up on their favorite flicks? It’s hard to imagine why on earth they would do that — unless, of course, Jordan is the winner and Luke just accidentally ruined the rest of season 12 for everyone.

Luke was quick to change his tune, as he followed up with, “We could catch her up with that, should she need to be caught up, depending on how this whole thing ends. But yeah, she can definitely roll with us, which is fun. It was fun.” Smooth, Luke. Very, very smooth.

Regardless of whether you think Luke made a major gaffe or not, he also didn’t shy away from opening up about how his brother has been handling the myriad rumors about him. This season has featured scenes in which the other guys doubted whether the former pro quarterback is on the show for the right reasons, along with Jordan fielding questions from Fletcher herself about why his famous older brother, NFL star Aaron Rodgers, did not join the family during their hometown date. (Jordan said in a recent interview that things between himself and Aaron are “complicated.”)

“The hardest thing about the process is now you’re under the spotlight and under the microscope, and there are a lot of messages put out there in the media that are just trash,” Luke continued. “I think that is tough for Jordan.”
