He’s baaack! Season 12 Bachelorette villain Chad Johnson is officially joining season 3 of Bachelor in Paradise. “Chad is being Chad-ish… #BachelorInParadise,” producer Mike Fleiss tweeted on Friday, June 10.
The volatile 28-year-old luxury real estate agent, who failed to receive a rose from JoJo Fletcher on Tuesday’s June 7 episode, caused more than enough drama in the mansion during his time on season 12.
The former Marine got physically aggressive with Fletcher’s other suitors, punched a door and even threatened to “cut everyone here’s legs off,” causing producers to have to hire an onsite security guard to watch over the loose cannon.
“I don’t think he was villainized,” contestant Alex Woytkiw said during a conference call on Wednesday, June 8. “I think he was truly villainous.”
Johnson joins previously announced cast members Emily and Haley Ferguson, Amanda Stanton, Leah Block, Lace Morris, Jubilee Sharpe, and Isabel “Izzy” Goodkind, all from Ben Higgins’ season 20 of The Bachelor.
The rest of the announced cast includes Jared Haibon (Bachelorette season 11), Sarah Herron (Bachelor season 17) and Carly Waddell (Bachelor season 19.)
