First comes a proposal in Jamaica, then comes scrubbing the bathroom floor in Colorado! The Bachelor season 20 lovebirds Ben Higgins and Lauren Bushnell experience the highs and lows of real life together in the first trailer for Ben and Lauren: Happily Ever After?
The pair’s new Freeform unscripted series, premiering Tuesday, October 11, shows the engaged couple lovingly strolling down the sidewalk hand in hand at night. (Higgins, 28, proposed to Bushnell, 25, in Jamaica in their finale that aired in March.) Another scene shows them adorably shopping for groceries, with the software salesman tossing a piece of fruit from around his back to the flight attendant. What woman wouldn’t be attracted to such an athlete?
But the promo also hints at less romantic moments, as Bushnell is seen cleaning the bathroom on her hands and knees.
Higgins mysteriously tells his fiancée in the footage, “There’s one big thing that you don’t know about me yet.” The suspense!
The couple, who are living together in Denver, will spend time with some familiar faces this season. The Bachelorette season 12 villain Chad Johnson posted video footage to Instagram on Thursday, August 25, of himself on a camping trip with the duo that he said was being filmed for the show.
A source previously told Us Weekly that season 12’s JoJo Fletcher and Jordan Rodgers filmed a sushi lunch date with Higgins and Bushnell for the series earlier this month.
