This is an invite we can’t refuse! Britney Spears debuted her sexy track “Do You Wanna Come Over?” on Wednesday, August 17, and the internet is freaking out over the latest release from the pop princess’ forthcoming album, Glory.
The up-tempo song is fun, flirty and classic Brit. Over keyboards and the strum of a guitar, the entertainer, 34, starts out by singing, “Say you feel alone, that your day was the baddest / Tellin' me you can't sleep because of your mattress / Do you wanna come over?”
After the beat picks up, Spears offers even more tongue-in-cheek lyrics, spirited riffs and ad-libs galore on the dance-worthy jam. The Grammy winner first teased the tantalizing tune via Instagram on August 15. Accompanied by a screenshot from her sizzling “Make Me…” music video, she wrote, “#DoYouWannaComeOver … Coming 8/18.”
Though it wasn’t easy for the Britney Army to sit tight for three days as the song made its way online, Spears proved that the wait was totally worth it when “Do You Wanna Come Over?” was officially released.
Prior to dropping the song, Spears treated fans to early releases of Glory tracks “Private Show” and “Clumsy.” While those singles were met with mostly positive responses, her newest effort seems to be the most appreciated by the superstar’s fans. See some of their best Twitter reactions below:

The music magnate performed “Do You Wanna Come Over?” live for the first time during a show for her Las Vegas Piece of Me residency on Wednesday night. Before slaying the stage with her dancers, Spears let concertgoers know that she was warming up backstage.
“In my dressing room dancing to #DoYouWannaComeOver,” she wrote on Instagram. “🎶 Pre-order #Glory on @AppleMusic & get it instantly!!”
