Though Abraham kept mum on specific show details, the Council Bluffs, Iowa, native — who first found fame alongside Maci Bookout, 21, Amber Portwood, 22, and Catelynn Lowell, 20, on MTV's 16 & Pregnant in 2009 — has been making the most of her time in the spotlight since Teen Mom's series finale aired August 28.

Abraham released several songs in mid-August in conjunction with her first autobiography, My Teenage Dream Ended. "Happily it's a New York Times best seller, and so many moms come with their babies [to book events], so [my daughter] has been playing with them," the aspiring model told Us. "At every book signing, it's a huge turnout — even in my hometown! I was so surprised."

With so many projects lined up, Abraham assured Us she's giving her daughter, Sophia, 3, the love and attention she deserves. "She's wonderful. I've been working so much, but I fly out tomorrow to see her — I'm so excited," Abraham said. "She's like my mini-me. I'm in love with her."
