Once more with feeling! Jeff Lewis repeats the same two Spanish words over and over in the second part of Flipping Out‘s two-night season 9 premiere on Thursday, July 14, as seen in Us Weekly‘s exclusive sneak peek.
The Bravo unscripted series’ preview clip shows the designer, 46, making the rounds at a project site and admonishing his construction staff with the phrase “todo limpio” to get them to tidy up after themselves.
“If you didn’t tell the subcontractors every day to clean up their mess, they would then leave a mess,” Lewis tells the camera. “What ‘todo limpio’ means in Spanish is clean up everything, which I think is a lot nicer way of saying, ‘Clean up your s–t.'”
One scene shows Lewis quipping to a worker, “Oh, you got your phone right here to text your girlfriend? Todo limpio.”
The reality TV star explains to the camera, “I don’t know if it’s a form of mind control — I just find that if I say something over and over and over and over and over to someone, they remember it.”
Season 9, which launched on July 13, features Lewis’ typical drama with his employees and clients, along with his preparations to become a first-time father. He and Gage Edward are expecting a daughter this fall.

The second part of Flipping Out‘s season 9 premiere airs on Bravo Thursday, July 14, at 9 p.m. ET.
