Less than one month remains until Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life debuts on Netflix, as we will once again get welcomed back into Lorelai and Rory’s world of over-caffeination, town hall meetings, junk food and Friday night dinners.
Gilmore Girls creator Amy Sherman-Palladino teased years ago that she has always known the four final words that will end the series, and with the confirmation that the revival’s final scene will reveal these words, fans have been eagerly proposing theories as to what this special message could be. With just two weeks left until the November 25 premiere, many fans have taken to Twitter to express their curiosity and take a shot at guessing how we will finally part ways with Stars Hollow once and for all.

As Us Weekly previously reported, there is a very real possibility that Rory Gilmore (Alexis Bledel) could be pregnant in the reboot. Will the series draw to a close with her sharing the news with her mother? While this sentimental revelation would be super sweet, it would also produce a totally unsatisfying cliffhanger that would leave us craving even more answers! Baby Gilmore spinoff, anyone?

It’s been teased that Stars Hollow will celebrate a wedding, and we are still holding out hope that Lorelai (Lauren Graham) and Luke (Scott Patterson) will tie the knot so we can all stop holding our breath and finally let out a sigh of relief. It’s a long time coming.

The last time we saw Rory, she was preparing to embark on President Obama’s campaign trail as a reporter. Hillary Clinton has always been Rory’s icon, so maybe Rory’s election oriented journalistic pursuits sparked a passion for politics! Is Rory destined to be our first female president? “Vote for Gilmore” certainly has a nice ring to it.

Perhaps Lorelai will be the Gilmore with the good news! With Rory out of the house and taking the world by storm, does Lorelai miss having a carbon copy of herself hanging around? If so, we are totally OK with the idea of watching Lorelai and Luke tackle coparenting. In fact, is it to early to call dibs on being their babysitter?

Pretty Little Liars returns in April with its final 10 episodes of the series, and because PLL and Gilmore Girls used the same Warner Bros. sets, could an overlap between the two series possibly come into play?
PLL executive producer Marlene King tweeted in September that she was delaying writing the last two words of the series for as long as she could. Perhaps she drew inspiration from Sherman-Palladino, or the two showrunners joined forces?
