‘House of Cards’ Season 4 Trailer Reveals Frank and Claire’s Fierce Battle: Watch

The battle of the Underwoods! Netflix released the first full House of Cards season 4 trailer on Wednesday, February 10, which shows the hatred between Frank Underwood (Kevin Spacey) and estranged wife Claire (Robin Wright) continuing to escalate.

“You have no idea what it means to have nothing,” Frank says in voiceover in the spot. “You don’t value what we have achieved. I have had to fight for everything my entire life.”

Claire then tells him, “I saw a future — our future,” to which he replies, “We had a future until you started destroying it.”

The promo also briefly shows new additions Ellen Burstyn, Joel Kinnaman and Neve Campbell, along with returning cast members Mahershala Ali (Remy Danton), Molly Parker (Jackie Sharp) and Lars Mikkelsen (Viktor Petrov).

The ruthless Frank, who was sworn in as president during the show’s second season, spent season 3 preparing to run in the 2016 election. He also saw his marriage collapse, as his better half decided to leave him in the season finale and appeared to be mulling the possibility of running against Frank in the election.

Watch the full trailer in the video above. A teaser trailer, showing Frank’s campaign ad, was released in December during a real-life Republican presidential debate.

House of Cards season 4 will be released on Netflix on March 4.
