‘I Am Cait’ Recap: Caitlyn Jenner Calls Hillary Clinton a ‘F–king Liar’ and ‘Political Hack’

The road trip continues! Caitlyn Jenner and her squad toured America to raise awareness about trans issues during the Sunday, March 13, episode of E!’s I Am Cait, but it wasn’t exactly smooth sailing. The former Olympian’s conservative beliefs angered her friends, and let’s just say she has a lot of — ahem, opinions — about Hillary Clinton. Meanwhile, some seriously important conversations took place about the very real abuse trans women face on a daily basis.

A Note About the Word “Tranny”

Caitlyn is new to the internal politics in the trans community and was all ears when a conversation about the word “tranny” came up. While the term is generally considered offensive, Cait’s friend Kate Bornstein defines herself as a “tranny” with pride. Understandably, Kate’s ownership of the term was met with division by Jenny Boylan, who admitted that she was the victim of abuse by people using the word as a slur.

“It’s a word I associate with beatings, being diminished, being on the receiving end of violence,” Jenny explained to her friends before telling the camera,”somebody grabbed me by the neck, used that word and other words, dragged me around by my neck for about a half hour. And finally dropped me, and I lay there on the ground unable to move. Words can hurt as much as violence can.”

Jenny and Kate ended up agreeing to respectfully disagree and proudly joined the rest of their friends for a truly unifying moment: helping the mayor of Santa Fe put a gender neutral sign on a public bathroom.

Caitlyn Continues to Hate on Hills

Caitlyn is so not here for Hillary Clinton. The reality star once again voiced her concern over the presidential candidate running the country, saying “she’s a f–king liar” and a “political hack.” What’s more, Caitlyn semi-endorsed Donald Trump, who isn’t exactly the first person most folks think of when women’s rights are up for discussion.

“I think he’d be very good for women’s issues,” Cait said. “I don’t think he’s out there to destroy women or do any of that kinda stuff.”

Not so shockingly, most of Caitlyn’s friends left the room when she started praising Trump, so let’s allow Jenny to have the last word on this one: “Kill me now.”

Caitlyn Gets Her Fluffy Bunny On

Did someone say Fluffy Bunny? In an effort to alleviate political tension on the bus, Caitlyn and her friends shoved doughnuts into their mouths and attempted to say the words “Fluffy Bunny.” Lest you forget, Caitlyn is a former Olympian, so is it really a surprise that she crammed a million doughnuts into her mouth and totally ruled? Not so much.

Is It Too Late Now to Say Sorry? Nope!

Cait vs. the World! The star’s friends confronted Caitlyn about her political outburst, and while the Glamour Woman of the Year initially defended herself, she eventually agreed to be more level-headed. “I disagree and I get a little bit excited when I disagree,” Caitlyn said. “Sometimes I get very passionate about it, and the old Bruce comes in.”

Later, Caitlyn told the camera that she becomes “very aggressive” about politics, and that she’s working on the “feminine side” of her listening skills. Fair enough!

Tell Us: Are you shocked that Caitlyn thinks Trump would be good for women?

I Am Cait airs on E! on Sundays at 9 p.m. EST.
