As if Kailyn Lowry didn’t have enough on her plate after fighting with her husband, Javi Marroquin, now the Teen Mom 2 star is duking things out with her ex, Jo Rivera. In a new sneak peek from the Thursday, July 23, episode, the pair have a tense discussion in a Starbucks over a custody agreement involving their son, Isaac.
Kailyn served Jo papers to change their current agreement, determined not to let their arrangement affect her life too much. She doesn’t think her son should have to move homes throughout the school week.
“I had to file,” she tells him. “It’s just not worth it to fight with you. I can’t afford to miss classes to meet you for custody.”
But Jo has a plan. The amateur rapper wants to move to Delaware, where Kailyn and Javi relocated, to be closer to Isaac, which he thinks will solve all of their custody issues.
“I really don’t want you to move to Dover,” Kailyn declares. “I believe he should be in one household during the week at school, whether you’re in Delaware or not.”
