All is fair in love and yelling? Kate Gosselin and her brood return in the first trailer for Kate Plus 8‘s new season, and the harried mom of eight loses her cool a few times in the footage.
The TLC unscripted series’ new batch of episodes launch on Tuesday, November 22, and the promo shows Gosselin, 41, raising her voice about such surprising topics as puppies and even waffles. Yes, we said “waffles.”
“Could I have the waffles?!” the reality TV mainstay wants to know during a frenzied moment in the kitchen.
The family gets a few new additions in the form of adorable pooches, but things quickly turn tense when the new pets decide to flee. “Where are the puppies?” Gosselin asks. “No, I’m being serious. I’m serious! Where are they?”
Another scene shows the family enjoying a game night, where Hannah spills to the camera, “No one really wants to be on Mommy’s team — she’s way too competitive.”
The season premiere marks the show’s 10-year anniversary with never-before-seen footage from the gang’s younger years. The new episodes include such milestones as the sextuplets turning 12, Mady and Cara reaching 16, and the group taking a few trips, including one to New Orleans.
Kate and ex-husband Jon Gosselin split in 2009, and he no longer appears on the show. Jon, 39, told Yahoo in June that things with his family had gotten “bad,” and that he and Kate rarely speak.
