While America has had its own famous reality TV pack like The Hills and now the Jersey Shore, England has the stars of The Only Way Is Essex — and as it turns out, Kate Middleton is a huge fan!
During her visit to the Alder Hey Children's Hospital in Liverpool on Tuesday, the 30-year-old royal candidly discussed her guilty pleasure with patients and the staff.
"She has us all laughing, saying she never misses an episode and that Lauren Goodger is her favorite," a source told U.K. paper the Daily Star. "Kate said she really hopes that Lauren doesn't get back with Mark Wright because he is not nice enough to her."

The Only Way Is Essex, known for short as "TOWIE" is a reality TV series that follows the lives of 10 cast mates who live in Essex, England, a suburb which is located north of London. (Famous Essex natives include Russell Brand, Jamie Oliver and Maggie Smith.)
Duchess Kate's favorite star, Goodger, is a socialite and was once engaged to Wright. Other cast mates hold jobs including night club promoter, lingerie store owner, model and singer.
No word if Kate's hubby Prince William is also a TOWIE fan.
