“It’s been hard — marriage is not easy,” the realtor admits. “It’s not just about you — it’s about the other person, and both people have to have that mentality of ‘It’s not just about me. It’s about my spouse.'”

Fortunately, when asked whether the couple were still married, Vilchez replies, “Yes. We got a new place, and we’re doing great. I’m very happy with where we are today.”

Wilson then joins her to explain why he thinks the two were paired by the show’s experts. “I think that we were matched because we definitely complement each other in a lot of the right ways,” he says. “We’re both happy people, and I wanted to be with someone that was happy deep down, that didn’t have those internal turmoil issues. And I feel like she definitely doesn’t have that.”

However, they still face some potential hurdles, as Vilchez points out multiple times that they have very different “lifestyles.”
