All the nostalgia! Melissa Joan Hart sat down with Us Weekly Video and revealed that her favorite ‘90s kiss was with Adrian Grenier, and hinted that a Clarissa Explains It All reboot is in the works. See what she had to say in the video above!
The actress and LiveHealth Online spokesperson, 40, told Us’ Christina Garibaldi that her most cherished onscreen smooch was with the Entourage star. “He was the most fun. We had a blast together on [1999’s] Drive Me Crazy,” she said. “And he’s a good kisser!”
When it comes to TV and movie makeout sessions that happened after the new millennium, Hart gushed over Balthazar Getty. “We did a pilot together called Dirtbags,” she said with a smile, “and we had a lot of fun.”
Though Grenier, now 40, tops the list of her Hollywood love interests, the Melissa Explains It All author won’t complain about the other men she’s had the chance to get cozy with over the course of her decades-spanning career.
“I’ve had great [onscreen] kisses. James Van Der Beek and Joey Lawrence and Mario Lopez!” she enthused, listing her hunkiest costars. “I’ve had some cuties.”
The mom of three — who married musician Mark Wilkerson in 2003 — jokingly added: “But they’re all big divas too!”
During her chat with Us, Hart also spoke about her iconic characters Clarissa Darling and Sabrina Spellman, which she played on Clarissa Explains It All and Sabrina, the Teenage Witch, respectively.
Asked about the possibility of a reboot for either classic ’90s series, the sitcom star said, “Well, I think people are actually getting a little fatigued on the reboots and I know that the networks are.”
While she doesn’t think Sabrina will fly back onto the small screen anytime soon, Hart did say that Clarissa might make a comeback. “I will say that there is — Clarissa — there is some talk about Clarissa, so we’ll see which way that goes.”
