Gown throwdown! In Say Yes to the Dress’ Friday, April 29, episode, the father of a bride-to-be isn’t pleased with the bridal shop’s staff, as seen in Us Weekly’s exclusive sneak peek.
The TLC series’ preview clip shows Emily Black complaining to Kleinfeld Bridal alterations manager Vera Skenderis that the dress she had previously selected doesn’t fit the way she expected it to.
“It’s not a drop waist,” Emily tells the camera. “I am very unhappy. It’s completely the wrong dress.”
When Skenderis offers to help, Ray Black, the bride’s father, chimes in by threatening to go to the boss.
“Let’s see what you got — if not, I’m calling [fashion director] Randy [Fenoli],” Black admonishes.
“‘Can’t’ is not a word — anything can be done,” the concerned dad adds to Skenderis. He then tells the camera, “We will have this dress fixed today.”
