The Bachelor’s Olivia Breaks Down in ‘Women Tell All’: I’m in a ‘Rough Place Right Now’

This just in: Olivia Caridi is getting real. The Texas-based news anchor was probably the most polarizing figure competing for Ben Higgins‘ love on The Bachelor season 20, and she broke down in tears during the Monday, March 7, Women Tell All special when revealing how hard it has been to deal with fan backlash.

Olivia, who was sent home during a two-on-one date on the February 9 episode after dealing with friction with the other contestants, told Chris Harrison that there were times this season when she “hated watching myself.”

She also told Harrison that it was tough to have the other women “pick on my body, to make fun of my breath and my toes and my breasts — this hurts. It sucks.”

When the host asked how the past few months have been for her, she tearfully replied, “They’ve been really hard. … I gave my sister my social media accounts, because it’s just a rough place right now.”

Olivia offered a heartfelt apology to single mom Amanda Stanton, who she had likened during the season to a Teen Mom cast member.

“There’s no way of knowing how to do this, and I didn’t do it right, but I’ve learned,” she continued.

The Bachelor airs on ABC on Mondays at 8 p.m. EST.
